I highly recommend going to Indochino for your suit/tux and working with Manny - He is the best! Manny made this a seamless process and took his time with my fitting to ensure that everything aligned to my frame. I couldn’t be happier with his recommendations and making my tux fitting exceptional. Thank you for all of your help!

I purchased my tuxedo here for my wedding. The staff took all my measurements and the suit arrived from China 3 weeks later. When it arrived it did not fit properly but was not too worried because there was still 5 weeks the left before my wedding and they stated they would get these things fixed. 3 weeks later they called me and informed me that the suit was ready, I went and I felt like the jacket was still loose and the staff kept saying “no it’s fine” I decided to take the suit home. A couple of days later I tried it on to make sure things everything was okay and noticed that the shoulder was missing a stitch and stuffing was coming out and that the side buttons on the sleeves were not stitched in straight and there were loose threads throughout. I brought it back and let them know my wedding was a few days away and gave me a call that it was ready. At this point it was the 2 days before my wedding and the only thing they fixed was the stitch. I pointed out that the other things weren’t adjusted. At this time their tailor was gone for the day and I had to accept the suit for the condition it was in. The day of the wedding, I tightened the straps on the pants and the strapped ripped as I tightened it. The product is cheaply made. I wasn’t expecting anything lavish for 700 dollars, but I was expecting workers to pay attention to details, how do you turn in a product to a customer with stitches missing, loose ends, and buttons not straight. It’s the little things. I will not be coming back.

Top Notch Service from Manny and the team. I have had an excellent experience with this team. I placed my order, I was fitted in-store, and made changes so the suit to perfect to my liking. When my order arrived, they accommodated my fitting appointment, made alterations, did the final fitting, and fixed the buttons on my vest. They were even kind enough to offer the option of shipping the vest to me, since I live in the suburbs. The result is a standard custom suit that helps me feel like a million bucks, all for a shockingly high value. Well done.
